About Me

Hi, I’m Kristen.

I know the subtle inner journey one has to take to reclaim their vital life force and get back to their soul.  And I know that this journey is the healing we all need!

We live in a loud, hard-charging world. We are constantly told that success and growth are the keys to living our best life. We do not slow down, listen, or feel, and I believe it is making us sick.

It made me sick.  After years of unfulfilling “success in the real world,” I got so sick I could barely move.  I left my career and sought out healers and guides to help me through this, but most were teaching the same “Do More” mindset that I was trying to leave.

I finally found healing in a different approach; one that was soft and gentle. Few are taught this way because it is not glamorous or expressive. It is a path of surrender, not charge. Through releasing my expectations, relaxing my body, and listening deply to my soul, I was able to open to my quiet, inner world again.  That access guided me along my healing journey.  This is the only path that has held my sensitivities and tender parts with the safety I needed to open and heal.  This is the path I guide others through.

How I Can Help

This wrong feeling is not actually wrong, it is a warning of disconnection.  It is a quiet inner voice urging you to slow down, turn inward, and deeply listen for guidance.

 

When you reconnect to YOUR OWN SOUL, it will tell you everything you need to know to guide you back to vitality and health. You don’t need long expensive programs and teachings to guide you back, the map is already in you.

 

The way I work is to talk to your soul directly and translate what it is quietly whispering to you. I integrate techniques from therapy, coaching, and energy healing to accompany you on a healing process that is unique to you, guided by your own soul’s blueprint.  This process empowers you to find your purpose, clear your energetic blocks, and heal relationship dynamics and other lifelong struggles. 

 

My ultimate goal is for you to hear your own soul and feel confident that you are living in the energetic stream of life that is meant for you.

This is not a normal “lay on the table while I wave my hands above you” energy session. I will narrate your energy system’s way of moving as I see it, and help you remove the blocks that prevent you from experiencing your inherent well-being.

My gift is in helping people see themselves with a clarity that has often eluded them. I can help you discover what you are here for, what your soul wants for you, and how to take the next steps.

Couple's Work

Every couple has their own energetic patterns, distinct from their individual ones. I will help you to understand these dynamics and the way out of them. This work can compliment and speed up traditional couple’s therapy.
